Protibandhi Atto Unnoyon Songstha (PAUS) is a right-based non-profitable, non-goverment, voluntary and
Self-help organization of the persons with disabilites(PwDs).
Our Skills:
PAUS has two layers of governing bodies, called the General Committee (GC) consists of 21 members and the Executive Committee (EC) consists of 7 elected members by the GC. The structure and designated members are as follows.

Vision statement:
PAUS envisions of fulfill rights of persons with disabilities are living with dignity in the society and contribute to development activities.
Mission statement:
PAUS aims to work directly with all types of persons with disabilities to empower persons with disabilities, create job opportunities and economic promotion to build inclusive society.
Goal:
Persons with Disabilities live equal rights in the society and capable to contribute in the family and the society.
Protibandhi Atto Unnoyon Songstha (PAUS) is a right-based non-profitable, non-government, voluntary and self-development organization of the Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). In initial stage the organization was formed in cooperation with the Christian Missionary of the Taize Brothers in Mymensingh. It was formed with the aim of skill development of the PwDs to raise voice of rights to positive change against society’s negligence, discrimination, cruelty and unkind behavior towards the PwDs. It works to establish of their human rights and mainstreaming in equal dignity in the family and society. The organization works directly with all types of PwDs and their family members. It is committed to promote rights of PwDs and positive change the whole community.
It focuses on the activities of Awareness on Community, Awareness on Health, Support Assistive Device, and Create Opportunities for Income Generating, Inclusive Education & Sport and Cultural, Vocational Training, Advocacy, Rehabilitation, Networking and Collaboration with GOs and NGOs. It especial focus on skill development and empowerment of Youth Women with Disabilities (YWWDs). It provides skill training for the YWWDs on handicrafts like- carpet, kilim, table runner, wall mat, recycle items. These products are displayed in own show-room for sale as well as supplies order items local, international friends and customers.
